Payment Options

Your WINHEC 2019 registration can be paid online by credit or debit card payments or International Wire Transfer Payments. Please complete the following steps:

Registration Fees for WINHEC AGM + Election is NT$ 7,500 (US$ 250) . Early Bird Rate is NT$6,000 (US$ 200) by June 30th 2019.

Registration Fees for Celebrating Community is NT$ 7,500 (US$ 250) . Early Bird Rate is NT$6,000 (US$ 200) by June 30th 2019.

We highly encourage you register both (WINHEC AGM + Election + Celebrating Community) so you can enjoy your visit while show your support to local indigenous nations.  Registration fees for both is NT$ 15,000 (US$ 500). Early Bird Rate is NT$12,000 (US$400) by June 30th 2019.

Indigenous Youth Camp Registration Fees is NT$ 1,500 (US$ 50) . Space is limited so please sign up no later than July 15th 2019.

Refund Policy：Registrants canceling their registration before July 1st 2019 will receive a 50% refund off the registration fee.

Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Master, and JCB only)

Step 1.

Enter your information on our registration system below.

Step 2.

Our registration system will redirect you to the Taiwan Bank portal to secure your payment. Provide your credit card details (Card number, expiry year, month and CCV number found on the back of your card near your signature)

Step 3.

If applicable, you may be redirected to your bank provider where you will be asked for a Secure Customer Authentication by mobile phone SMS text message.

Step 4.

The system will display your credit card transaction result.

Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Master, and JCB only)

The local planning / host team has arranged for a third-party processor to accept Visa, JCB, and MasterCard payments online through the local host National Dong Hwa University. The processor charges a service fee for credit and debit card payments. Credit and debit card payments are only accepted online and are not accepted by mail, over the phone or in person.

Please note that If you are having issues with your credit card payment not being accepted, please try the following:

  1. Check with your credit card provider if you are allowed international transactions.
  2. If your credit card uses Secure Customer Authentication (e.g. requires you to receive an SMS text message to confirm your identity) make sure your credit card provider has your mobile phone number stored with your country code.
  3. All credit card providers utilise risk management to prevent fraudulent usage. If your payment transaction has been declined, please contact your credit card provider and ask them to allow the payment to be made using your credit card.
  4. Try using wire transfer. All banks will have a facility to help you with this type of payment. Fees will be charged when wire transfer using foreign currency remittance services.

When you do your credit payment, your will be re-directed to the “Bank of Taiwan” system (see below), please make sure you switch to “ENGLISH” before you process your credit card payment.

    1.    Remark Plan Number is very important that help us to know the money is for WINHEC 2019 registration.
    2.In order to comply with recommendations of the FATF and the regulation of the Central Bank of R.O.C. (Taiwan), please provide remitters’ name, A/C No. and address on SWIFT Message, thank you.
    3.Please save your wire transfer receipt and enter receipt number to payment system.
